So if you find yourself asking, what equipment do I need to get started, this is your guide to not only the best livestreaming equipment, but how you can put it all together, be ready to hit record, and broadcast live video. When streaming from a mobile device, it won't break the bank to make your broadcast look great with simple gear. A mobile tripod is a nice option and helps you avoid unnecessary shaky cam. A ring light clip provides solid lighting on the move, and a mic'd might headphone helps you sound good, no matter what the circumstances.
