General advice on lighting for VR

- Not only can you take 360 video, but you can also take 180 3D video. What I have in my hand here is a Lenovo Mirage. It is a 180 stereoscopic camera with two lenses. And what this does is actually simulates the human head. So I can do things like look around, and up and down. But since it's got two lenses, it's actually shooting two different images very similar to where the human eyes are, giving you 3D depth in your image. Now, to stabilize it, what I have here is what's called a gimbal. Now, this gimbal in particular is made by DJI. It's called the DJI Osmo Mobile. And normally, this one is actually held by a cell phone, but luckily that since this camera's just small enough, I can actually put it on the gimbal. Now, let me power this gimbal off. And you can see that without the gimbal on, it is just loose. And basically, if I hold it handheld, it's not going to give me a stable motion when I'm shooting with this. Now, but if I turn it on...
