- So that was your whirlwind tour of After Effects through the lens of a Photoshop artist. You'd be amazed at how many of the core features of After Effects we covered by focusing on what you already know. That said, my humble goal for this course is just to get you to the starting line so you can begin to experiment on your own. Experimentation is a great way to start, because it lets you be guided by your innate knowledge and curiosity. When you're ready to go further, there are a number of resources to help you.
