- One thing that I find important is making sure you take the time to build messages that stick. When it comes to audio and video content for the web, branding is important, and a big part of that is sending a consistent message. Now it doesn't matter if you're advertising a service, trying to raise money for a good cause, or pass on education. A bit of repetition and some strategic planning are pretty good ideas. Some of the things that I find, is that it's quite useful to limit the number of points that you make in a video. Don't try to cram too many ideas into an individual module or the whole video overall. Generally speaking, per video segment, three or less ideas is a good match. The more you try to fit, the harder it is to process. Ideally, you'll have one single primary message. The big takeaway that someone should get from each module.
