Identifying key roles for a project

- Another area that you need to define inside the scoping document is key roles. These are important people that need to be involved in the project. The first one is the executive sponsor, or in the case of the movie, the executive producer. This is the person, internally or externally, who's effectively the client, or lining up the money for the project. They're the one who ultimately has a say on whether or not the project is acceptable, and if funds should be distributed. You need to also identify who the project manager is, this way the client knows who's their key point of contact. The project manager is going to be in charge of ensuring that the triple constraint is met, and that quality is maintained. Then you need to identify two groups of experts, you don't have to say everybody, but you want to define certain people that need to be made accessible.
