(upbeat music) - Planning for a live broadcast is how you ensure a smooth show. Most live streamers plan the look and feel of their show in advance. First, define your goals. What exactly do you want to accomplish with your stream? What's your key message? Do you want viewers to take a specific action like download a lead magnet or share your product? Or do you just want to engage your fan base? After you pinpoint a goal, write a script that highlights key messages and the main call to action. After that, you move on to two key parts of the production, the storyboard and run of show. A storyboard is a visual that highlights each segment and how the broadcast transitions from one scene to the next. It helps bridge the gap from idea to execution and helps everyone understand what graphics are needed in order to produce a show, such as overlays and lower thirds.
