Improving the recording environment
(upbeat music) - Now, Rich, when it comes to recording this tutorial at your computer, there's a lot that you can do very affordably and very simply, to improve the overall quality of your audio. Because as we said, audio is one of those things that when it's bad, it's bad, and people really are affected by it. And a lot of the things that we have here on set with us, like I said, are pretty affordable and easy to use in everything from a cubicle environment to a dedicated office, to more of a studio environment. So, let's go ahead and start by talking about some of the things that I think can help with our overall room sound, because I think that's something that a lot of people struggle with, is that they're in an office environment, and they just, it's not like a recording studio, there's reflection, there's echo, there's things like that they have to deal with. - Well, I'd start with the simple one, which is some soft of privacy screen, something to block out the background.
