- Once your interviews are in place and you've really begun forming the foundation for the film, it's time to begin incorporating some of the most engaging visual material you have. This means B-roll. It means photographs. It means archival images, stock footage and more. We've go so many possibilities, so let's talk about a plan of attack. I just want to very quickly review the main visuals that we've got, and then we'll talk about how we've already been incorporating it and where we want to go from here. Now again, as far as B-roll goes, I have hours and hours and hours of footage, broken down by location and activity and in some cases, we have sub-activities. I have gone though all of these shots within all of these bins and I've compiled a Selects bin, so this is my best visual material, so when I'm looking for those key moments, I can usually find it within here.
