Initiating a project

- When we start a project, things can be a real whirlwind. What I mean is that sometimes the schedule really has to hit the ground running. So, the first thing I'm going to do is set up a tentative timeline, look out for who I need on my team to participate in this project, if they're out-of-house vendors, I might need to call some of them and make sure that they're available at certain times or weeks so we can narrow things down. And we're already going to start setting up some systems so that everybody can communicate well from beginning to end of the project. That might mean a Basecamp project where I invite everybody on the team, including the client, so that everybody has a way of looking at different documents that we're going to be setting up, And it might mean that I invite everybody to a Wipster account, or a Frame.io, or however we're going to communicate in post-production.
