- It took me a while to understand that an interview doesn't happen between two people. It takes three people: the person asking the questions, the person answering the questions, and the viewer. If I omit the question, the viewer is going to get lost. And if I edit the answers too much then the viewer also is going to get confused. In this video, I would like to share some tips before the interview and during the interview, especially when working as a one-person crew. Here are some things to consider before an interview. What is the goal of the interview? Will we be asking the same set of questions or different questions? Will the client provide specific questions or do you need to develop them in advance? Who will take care of the post-production work? Carefully research the subjects, make them feel you truly care about their stories and lives.
