- Livestream is becoming more popular than ever, and there's a good reason for that. Not that long ago, livestreaming was only accessible to the .01 percent of people, and now everyone has the power to do livestreaming in their pocket if they really want to. There are so many great apps for livestreaming right now, whether that's YouTube's live platform, or Periscope, which is native to Twitter, or even Facebook Live. Instagram even has got into livestreaming recently, and I expect that more online social media platforms and networks will adopt livestreaming in the near future.
