- So, how can we look at our 360 video in post? Now, when it comes to most consumer cameras, you're able to look at your 360 content right from your phone and edit right from your phone. This is true of both the Insta360 One X, as well as the Vuze XR. I'm going to show you some examples of how you can do some post and look at your 360 content on your phone, as well as the desktop solutions for both of these manufacturers, combined with an option to see this in Adobe Premiere Pro. So earlier in this course, we saw how we can view 360 footage, whether it be using an application on your phone such as YouTube or VLC Player on your desktop, to get a sense for 360 clips.
