- While there are many project management systems out there I'd like to explore a few that I regularly use. One of my preferences is Basecamp. This is an online system that's broadly used and what I like about it is it supports many different types of media. Not only can you post documents, such as PDFs and spreadsheets, but it's very easy to work with things like Google Docs or files on Dropbox. And you can post all sorts of media files directly. It's a very scalable system in that you don't have to pay for each user. Rather you budget a flat rate and this covers all the projects you need over time. Now you can find out a lot more if you go over to basecamp.com and they've got excellent training about their system and a lot of resources that you should check out.
