- Facebook has become incredibly broadly used. And while it's seen a slight dip in popularity with younger generations, it's still widely used in the world of business for both marketing and customer service. As such, many people are familiar with Facebook, but they may not know about some of its tools it has. If you create a Facebook group, it can be used as a project management tool. This allows you to set up controls for privacy, file sharing, documents and many more features. Let's take a quick look at some of those core benefits for a moment. If you need to make a project, you can actually use Facebook's group feature. Just click on Create and make a group. Name the group something descriptive towards the project. And you can invite people by email or their names if you're already connected. Members of a group do not have to be friends of yours on Facebook. You can then set the privacy.
