Always, without exception, absolutely, positively, 100%. Please pay attention as there will be a quiz. Since I'm not heartless, here's a freebie. The answer to the first question is a hat with a duck on it. Perhaps the oldest and most fundamental funny thing is surprise. The power of peekaboo is known to every infant and on a deep level, stays with you your entire life. As infants, we aren't aware of object permanence, that things continue to exist even when we stop looking at them. Peekaboo is our first lesson in physical law. From them on, the apparent breaking or bending of that law is always funny. Surprise through the upset of expectations is always funny too.
