- As you start to build out your collection of people that work with you on a regular basis, you may grow into a partnering type relationship. These are vendors or key people that you use a lot and having them on the team is often necessary to succeed. Perhaps it's a writer you work with a lot and they don't just write for you. They write for other people but every time you have to put together that website, you know you can count on them for the next script or maybe it's a specialty crew member, an audio engineer that you like to work with. Well, how you find these people, you can actually cement the business relationship a couple of different ways. One method is to do a formal agreement.
