Planar tracking
- [Instructor] Silhouette includes a second type of tracker. That's a planar tracker. A planar tracker is designed to track a shape through space as if it's planar where undergoes rotational and perspective changes. Sometimes that offers a better solution than the point tracker. For example, with this project, we have a car driving towards the camera. Let's say we wanted to isolate the license plate and blur it. This is a great place for a planar tracker. This project is partially set up. I've connected the blur node and a roto node. And I'll use the roto node to create the shape and to motion track. I'll go straight to the tracker and take a look.
