Planning the Project RELO shoot

- Let's continue to talk about planning, and I'm going to use the Project RELO film to zero in on some specifics. Our production shoot will last about seven days. For the first day and a half, we'll be shooting in Chicago, and for the last 5 1/2 days, we're shooting in Michigan. My crew is flying into town the day before the shoot, and we're going to meet to plan everything out. Then we'll hit the ground running on day one with a full day of shooting, and then every day is full until we wrap a week later. So let's start by talking about interviews. Interviews will likely be among the most difficult to schedule because we're dealing with real people and their real lives, schedules, and locations. So for the Project RELO documentary, we're planning on interviewing 12 different people, six people in Chicago, mostly executives and hiring managers, and six people in Grayling, Michigan, mostly veterans and the Project RELO co-founders.
