And that's kind of the legal side to conducting an interview. And what I really mean by that, of course is a release. So tell us a little bit about what a release is, what it's good for, when do you need one and what should we cover in a release? - Well, if you're part of a big company they may already have an internal release that they - That's a good point, yeah. - want to have signed.
