- When you're putting together projects, it's important that you look for necessary help. Many people often under crew or under staff, thinking that they're saving time and saving money spent. But a lot of times it actually works in the opposite direction. Sometimes the addition of crew members means that exponentially more things can be accomplished. Now, there is such a thing as too many crew and you don't want a bunch of people sitting around. But a two person crew can shoot far more often than an individual. That's because they can help move the equipment. What happens when you're a one person crew and you need to use the bathroom? Well, are you going to pack everything up in the car and lock it down and then come back and unload again.
