- Let's assume a budget of X and three months to fully execute a project from beginning to end. Now, let's assume that the next project or for the next project, we have half the budget and one month to fully execute it. What do we do? So the typical first reaction is we need more people so we can meet the deadline. But by doing so, it means that everybody's going to be making less money or at the very least, the project is going to be less profitable. Another way, the one person crew approach, is to streamline every single step of the process from script writing, to file delivery. Maintaining or actually increasing production value without adding a lot of gear, costs, or people. In order to achieve these, every tool must serve multiple purposes.
