Selection criteria for Micro Four Thirds (MFT) lenses

- Many of the Blackmagic cameras are going to take advantage of the Micro Four Thirds lens system. This is a very popular system. It's used by camera manufacturers like Olympus as well as Panasonic and many of the Blackmagic cameras. This means that you may be able to take advantage of lenses that you use for other purposes or easily switch lenses from studio to field workflows. I like this because I use the Micro Four Thirds system for a lot of my travel photography due to the smaller size and lighter weight. But there are many different options available and you'll find a wealth of lenses from both Panasonic and Olympus that you can choose from as well as third party manufacturers that also have adopted the system and introduced several unique options.
