Setting up a project
- [Narrator] Let's create a new project in Silhouette. I've just launched the program so there's no project yet. It's just empty. I'll start by going to file, new project. I got the new project dialogue. Here I can enter a name for the projects and I'll choose a name I have not used yet. Test then browse for a location where it's going to save the project files, using a location. Although here, I'll use the 1-Basics folder, it comes with the course project files. Then I'll click create project, nothing to look at yet. So we have to bring in some footage. I'll go to file, imports, media. I go back to the footage folder that comes with the course project files. And Silhouette can import an image sequence or a still image. Let's start with an image sequence. I'll go into the soccer folder. And here you see a series of stills that are numbered.
