Store mezzanine files

- Mezzanine file formats, which are also known as intermediate file formats, are high-quality, compressed files that act more like the uncompressed source files that you started with. The fancy term for this is visually lossless. So if you're working with lots of different types of cameras and footage formats, you might have already created some mezzanine files in order to work with just one format when you're editing. Basically mezzanine files are really useful to archive your projects and sequences for long-term storage.
