- So let's talk about storyboards, shot lists, and shooting scripts. All those tools that you need to share your ideas with your EFP crew and make sure they understand what you're trying to deliver. One of the most important things you can do is share your vision for the project and there's a wide range of storyboarding tools on the market. You can sketch your ideas. Okay, so here's somebody who really knows how to sketch. So I've given you an example of that. This sketch is by a colleague of ours at LinkedIn Learning who likes to talk about the power of the crappy sketch and it's true. It doesn't matter how beautiful your sketch is what's important is communicating the ideas. So you could use a very simple PowerPoint. You could use stock images. You know, the goal is not elegance here, it's communication.
