Taking a walk-through of the location

- Before you produce a virtual tour, it's good to a site survey, essentially a walkthrough of the location beforehand. Francis, you generally don't just jump in and start shooting when you arrive on site, correct? - No, no, I don't. I usually like to walk through the place just to get a feel of the location and that it helps me figure out where my photos are going to be or photos or videos. - [Man] And if you can do this in advance, it means that if you need some special equipment, you can actually bring that along. Maybe there's some additional lighting equipment or you need a particular type of lens to get the right field of view coverage. Essentially, it allows you to analyze the location and think about potential challenges before you shoot. - [Francis] When I walk through a location, I'm usually trying to analyze how many perspectives I need and each one of those perspective is going to be called a node. - [Man] Other things to think through when you're doing your walkthrough is…
