- When it comes to your video strategy, it's important to think about what problem you're actually trying to solve for the audience. One of the things that I stress is clear communication with your audience. You need to eliminate all ambiguity of what they're going to be getting on the backend of this video and what the experience is supposed to communicate to them. What is it they're trying to accomplish and how are you facilitating that? That is parallel. You have to make sure that that is done in a concise way that respects their time but also provides the appropriate amount of depth. One of the other things is, there are so many people offering answers, how do you stand out? You need to have a unique value proposition. Is that unique value proposition the fact that you have a decade of industry experience? Is it the fact that you're new to the market and have a fresh perspective? What is it that is singularly special about your presentation? What value do you bring to the table…
