What is push vs. pull video marketing?

- There are two basic marketing strategies a brand uses to approach consumers, push and pull. Push means the products are pushed towards customers, usually via attention-grabbing ad campaigns. Pull means that customers are strategically targeted and are pulled toward a product, usually by offering something useful, educational, or inspiring. Let's first talk more about what these marketing strategies are and then we'll explore how each works within the context of social media video. Now push marketing, or outbound marketing, is the more traditional and the more aggressive strategy. It pushes the message to people who otherwise wouldn't be looking for it in order to score a quick sale.
