What you should know before watching this course
- This course is suitable for people with all experience levels with Blackmagic cameras, but it does assume that you have used a camera before. It's a good idea that you've worked with a video camera or a still camera, so you have some general familiarity with what it takes to operate a camera. We will build up a lot of skills, but if you've never used a camera before, you will find it a bit difficult to get results. This should build upon a general knowledge, and we'll move into great specifics about the Blackmagic camera system. I would recommend you also have a general comfort with your computer. While we're not going to use the computer a lot, it is necessary to update the cameras and to make sure that the footage is transferred and ready to use. We'll also take advantage of formatting memory cards, so make sure you know how to attach a card reader to your computer.
