- Congratulations, you're now a video producer. Guess what? That makes you the boss on set. Are you ready for that responsibility? Are you ready and able to make tough decisions? Look, the client has placed faith in you to create the project the way it was envisioned. When things go wrong at any phase of the project there's nobody else to blame. You have to make decisions to create the best possible project and deliver it on time and within budget. So when things do go wrong, and they will, you have to guide solutions.
