- As you grow your business, you're gonna have to work other freelancers and small businesses. Vendor relationships are gonna be a key to your success. You wanna have vendors who are as good at their jobs and deliver quality just like you do. So you're gonna have to ask yourself some questions as you start to work with these other folks. Do they represent your brand? Can they connect with your client's brand? How good are they at time management? What's the best way to reach them during the day? What happens if you need something quickly, can they deliver on that? What skills or resources do they have that you don't, and vice versa? Most importantly, if you're gonna do a project as part of a team, who is the best one at interfacing with the client on a regular basis? Is there a way you can share work to offset busy times?
