- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to talk about the basics of color theory and how that relates to title sequences. So look no further than a color wheel when you start to talk about the basics of color theory. You have your primary colors, which are red, green and blue, in an RGB space. And then a bunch of secondary as well as tertiary colors, which surround that color wheel. The mac Os color wheel is a great place to start to get familiar with how colors relate to each other. Just keep in mind that we are in an additive process when we talk about video. So you add colors together in order to get to the middle of a color wheel and get to that color of white. With this, and from this wheel, we can draw several rules. One of those rules could be complimentary colors, where you look at opposite sides of the color wheel.
