Toolbox tip shortcuts

- [Instructor] This is a tip for developers who prefer keyboard shortcuts over using the mouse. Today, I'll look at how to use the keyboard to interact with the Toolbox. The Toolbox is usually docked to the left side of the IDE. If you don't see it, you can add it using the View menu. You'll see it right here. Now, keep an eye on the right side of the menu. This is the keystrokes, the keyboard shortcuts that will open the Toolbox, Control + Alt + X. That's what I have on my machine. It might be different on yours, depending on which profile you picked when you first launched Visual Studio. To see that, you can go to Tools, Import and Export Settings. Choose Import. Then click Next. Select No, and then click Next. And this shows the different settings that you can apply to Visual Studio, General, JavaScript, Visual Basic, and so on.
