What's your ideal client profile?

- What contributes to you doing your best work? Are there particular circumstances under which you find it easier to do great work? Any prerequisites your clients need to have under their belts in order to be ready to work with you? These are also great things to weave into your portfolio, because it creates another useful filter for prospective clients to use. Do they fit your target client profile? Like, let's say you have an intake questionnaire that you get clients to complete when you start a new project. Why not find a way to work a mention of that into one of your project descriptions? Maybe you can highlight a particularly interesting answer one client gave you, and describe how it sparked a creative line of thought. Or, if you do your best work when you're able to connect with a client face to face, describe one of those meetings. Here's an example from my own experience.
