Getting experience
- It seems like you can't get a job without experience and you can't get experience without a job. How many job listings have you seen that want that magical three to five years of experience? Even for entry-level positions, recruiters seems to expect some kind of experience. That seems wrong somehow but it's the current situation. And because any previous experience can be such a great source of examples you can use during an interview, I think it's something you should seek out anyway. So what can you do about it?
