- Of course, getting a job offer is the outcome you're looking for. It's great to know that somebody wants you. You obviously managed to make a great impression, even over the lower bandwidth of remote interview, but now's not the time to rush into anything. It's likely that you'll be given a short deadline to respond by. That's because the company doesn't want you to think too much about the offer they've extended to you. However, you've just been through a grueling interview process. You may well have some questions about the company, potentially some concerns about things that were mentioned during the interview sessions.
