Getting started with site builders

- Websites have gotten easier to build over the last 10 years. In the past, our easy method of building a website was to use a content management system, like Joomla, Drupal, or WordPress. Fortunately, the next generation of quick and easy websites are here in the form of site builders like Squarespace, Wix, and Weebly. These site builder tools are designed for users with no background in HTML and CSS. Indeed, finding an interface to add or edit code can be quite tricky. Many of these interfaces are simple drag-and-drop functionality. It's easy to add photos and text to the sites. Most site builders start with a choice of theme with minimal customization options. You can add photos in specific locations, change color schemes and fonts, and change your typefaces. However, customizations aren't unlimited.
