How can you get the whole team involved in user research?
- [Instructor] If you're having trouble getting the product teams you work with to pay attention to user research, there are a couple of questions you can ask yourself to work out what you need to change, because ultimately it is you who has to change. The team will continue to deliver products without you. Unless you can find the right way to work with them, you'll continue to face the same problems. First, are you working with the right teams, or the right people on the teams? You have to have someone on a product team who cares about your work, otherwise everything else you do is just a waste of time. Often, you won't get a say in who you work with, but if you're supporting more than one team, you can definitely prioritize your work to the areas where you'll have the most impact.
