- This course has covered the business justification and strategic considerations for using design thinking techniques in your organization. Like with any new process, it takes time to introduce all the stakeholders to the idea of doing things differently. I found the best way to proceed with design thinking is often to find a small motivated team who can work outside the normal company structure. Get them to use the techniques and tools of design thinking as they kick off a new project and carefully track the results. My expectation is that once the rest of the organization sees how successful the technique can be, they'll want to participate as well.
