- [Narrator] Credit cards aren't the only way to pay online. There's a lot of services that you can use that let you pay with an account of some sort or a saved payment method in a different system. One of the advantages of these different systems is that they're much better at accepting international orders. Most credit card providers are wary of international transactions. There's a much higher likelihood that the transaction will be declined. If you have some payment methods that aren't a credit card, you can get a bigger piece of that international market. One of the most well-known methods is PayPal. Many people have money saved in their PayPal account that they use as fun money. PayPal offers greater consumer protection. They assume the consumer is correct, so it's really easy to get a refund. This makes it quite popular for customers.
