Scenarios: How will your idea be used

- Now it's time to get real. You have lots of potential ideas, some of which are more viable than others. Get together in small groups to combine these ideas into workable solutions that take the best from several different concepts. I suggest you do this by creating a storyboard or at least words in storyboard format, showing step-by-step how this solution would be used by your personas. Does this story sound feasible? Does magic have to happen? Can you build that magic? If not, it's not a good scenario. If you want to really test out your solutions, try writing scenarios for unhappy paths to see how your personas would recover from bad things happening, as well as just for happy paths. Don't go into technical details in your storyboard. At this point, it doesn't matter whether the interface is check boxes or radio buttons, it doesn't matter if it's a client service solution or entirely hosted on a device. All we…
