- [Instructor] In addition to product pages, a cart, and a domain name, you're going to handle three big things. Shipping, payment, and taxes. When I talk to people who are about to build their first ecommerce site, these three parts are usually the scariest piece and that's because it's something most people haven't had to do. If you've built other sites or even built a Facebook page, you've customized how things look, you've written posts, and maybe you've set up a contact page before, but rarely have people had to accept credit cards, calculate shipping costs, and collect taxes. The good news is that once you know how to handle shipping, payment, and taxes, building an ecommerce site is very similar to building a regular Wordpress site. We're going to cover each of these in their own chapter, since they're so important to ecommerce. What you should know right now is that each of these major areas have some very easy-to-use solutions and they have some more complicated solutions…
