- If the rapid changes lately have taught us anything, it's that we all need to have multiple ways of working. Many of us have already been experimenting with remote work but with 2020's pandemic, we've all had to make rapid shifts. UX researchers are facing a particularly hard challenge. Our whole role is getting to know people and their context. How do we adapt when we don't even have the option to be face-to-face with participants? Hi, I'm Amanda Stockwell. Welcome to this deep dive on conducting remote UX research. This course is for those of us who already know the basics of conducting UX research but want to make the most out of remote sessions.
