What you should know

- [Instructor] In order to get the most out of this course it's assumed that you have some knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator, or have some knowledge of Adobe XD. I will not be covering every little granular feature of the application, so if you're familiar with the other Adobe apps, then you should be able to pick up XD quickly. The purpose of this course is to become more efficient with the tools and resources you already know and have. Even if you are a beginner, you'll still gain valuable knowledge. However, if you want to learn more details about XD, then I would encourage you to check out the Learning Adobe XD course in the library. But for those of you who are already comfortable with XD or other Adobe applications, this course will help take you to the next level, and add some more tools to your workflow and process. For this course I will be working primarily on the Mac, and you will often see me going to the menu bar to access many of the options. If you're working on a PC you'll still be able to follow along, but I wanted to point out that you can access these same options by going to the hamburger menu. With all that said and done, let's dive in and start prototyping.
