- Let me ask you a question. What's the last product you bought? For me, it was coffee. I was at the airport waiting for my flight and I stopped by a Starbucks. It gave me a boost for my early morning flight. What's yours? When you think about a product, you think about it in relation to you, the customer, the hero of the story. And that's why I'm not going to sit here and teach you about telling your company's story because that video would be a waste of time. Customers don't generally care about your story, they care about their own stories. How many times have we heard this refrain in an ad? Have a problem, brand X can solve it, hooray for brand X. How many times have we seen a website that implies you're struggling and we're your answer, we solve your problem, we're your hero. If this is how your company talks about itself, you're not alone.
