- [Instructor] The DNS name resolution process can actually be a fairly sophisticated process. In other videos in this course, I've gone through different aspects of the DNS name resolution process. And again, if you watched them all, you've learned that it's a little bit more sophisticated than just the simplicity of a DNS client saying to a DNS server, hey what's the IP address for this name? And the DNS server saying, here you go. Alright, sometimes there's a little bit more to it than that. Well now that you've grasped the concept of DNS name resolution, there's a couple of advanced name resolution capabilities that I'd like to go over with you. To do this, I want to jump on to Member-1, which is a DNS server in our network. Here in the server manager, on Member-1, I'm going to go up to the Tools menu and select DNS.
