Create quotas

- [Instructor] Now I'd like to show you how to create the actual quotas in the File Server Resource Manager. Here under Quota Management, you'll see that we have Quotas, and if I click on it, there's nothing there. We have no quotas right now. If I want to create one, I simply right-click on Quotas and select Create Quota. The first thing I have to do is determine what is the path that I want to create this quota for. What storage place on my server do I want to put limits? I'm going to click on Browse and show you that on my C drive, I created a folder called QuotaLimited. It's right there; I'll select it and click OK. I'll tell you this is an empty, just blank folder. Nothing special's been done to it. It's just named QuotaLimited. Next I'd need to choose; do I want to create a quota on this path, or I can do something really neat which is auto-apply a template from our quota templates and create quotas on both existing and new sub-folder. That is the recommended way of doing it…
