- [Instructor] Virtual machine queuing provides many advantages. It improves network throughput by distributing processing among multiple processors and it reduces CPU utilization by offloading receive packet filtering. Furthermore, it prevents network data copy by using direct memory access to transfer data directly to virtual machine memory. Let's turn this on, we're in our host right now, and we're going to go into our Device Manager. And we'll go to our Network Adapters and we'll right click on one of our network adapters and go to Properties. Go to Advanced and we'll scroll down to where it says Virtual Machine Queues. We want to make sure this is set to Enabled prior to going into Hyper View Manager where we'll enable it there as well. We're in Hyper View Manager and we need to enable this for each virtual machine where we would like to have it running. Let's go down to where it says Network Adapter and click on Hardware Acceleration and now we'll enable the virtual machine…
