We were just talking about asset management and how, you know, it's something that's very often overlooked. And the reason why is because of the documentation aspect of it. Documentation really comes in handy when you find yourself in a jam and you need to access some resource to get out of it. So let's take a look at some of the items here, like service manuals. You're going to want to hold on to all service manuals for all the different devices in your environment. Now, this is a lot easier in today's world because 99% probably if not 100% of these service manuals are electronic, okay?
