Load balancing

- [Instructor] Load balancing allows us to have two or more servers, physical or virtual, that are both hosting the same application. To keep a popular destination from being overwhelmed and to add high availability, load balancing will automatically switch between the two application host servers to even out the load. In our case, we're going to use our web server by installing Internet Information Services, and then, we're going to install our load balancer as well. Let's start by going to Create a server group. And we're going to choose fileserver1 as well as Server2. And we'll give it a name and click OK. Now, we see our two servers. We also see their IP addresses. So, what we need to do now is to install the load balancing service on fileserver1. If we go to Tools at the top, we can see Internet Information Services is already installed, so we just need to install the one role. Let's go back to our Dashboard and click Add roles and features.
